Our hand-wrapped 1kg Panettone represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship, distinguished by the absence of candied fruit. It is the result of a meticulous selection of high-quality ingredients, the fruit of in-depth studies and tastings. Made with an artisan touch, it guarantees a soft dough that melts in the mouth, releasing all the delicate aromatic notes synonymous with Harry’s Bar Panettone. We only use fresh eggs from hens raised in a cruelty-free environment in our local area. The honey we use comes from a small producer in the Colli Berici region. Instead of artificial flavours, we only incorporate natural vanilla beans and Australian raisins, giving the Panettone an amber hue.
